Gillian Kloet is an artist based on the traditional territories of the Sinixt, Ktunaxa, and Syilx peoples in Nelson, B.C. Through printmaking and community-engaged practice, she explores themes related to sense of place, memory, and respect for the natural world. 

She received her Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and English from the University of Guelph in 2020. She has completed her Bachelor of Education through UBC WKTEP. Through art education, Gillian aims to nurture creativity and promote life long learning.
